Cuff Bracelet Project

In one of my art classes this week I had everyone "go to town" sewing beads, buttons, and blanket stitch on pieces of suede. I was joined by several coworkers who each made theirs into cuffs, a keychain, and a bookmark. I will post some photos of theirs tomorrow. In the meantime here is one I made with beads, buttons, and snake vertebrae.

More Velvet Please!

Stayed up too late last night playing with ruffles on a new handbag. I am so excited to see how this one turns out. I'm using a pattern I found on TheBoyTrifecta.com, the "Grandview Bag".

Now it's time for bed. I will dream of the infinite ways in which I can embellish my little satchel.

Making dog collars and a handbag

This weekend I indulged in a little sewing. I like sewing. I made two martingale collars for my greyhounds and started a handbag. I will post handbag pictures when it is finished.
